FUTA Post-UTME Registration Closes Today for 2026/2027 Admission
Prospective students seeking admission into the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) have only today to complete their registration for the 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise.

The screening exercise is open to candidates who meet the following requirements:
Selected FUTA as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME
Scored at least 180 in the UTME
Possess a minimum of five O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings
Will be at least 16 years old by 30 September 2026
Screening Fee
Eligible candidates are required to pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 through the approved Remita payment platform before completing the online application.

Upload their O’Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal
Provide accurate JAMB registration details during the application
Print the completed registration slip after submission

MBBS Programme Returns
For the 2026/2027 admission cycle, FUTA has reintroduced its MBBS (Medicine and Surgery) programme after a period of suspension. Qualified candidates who meet the admission criteria can now apply for Medicine.
